Medical Disclaimer
Effective date: May 28, 2026
1. Informational Purposes Only
Treatsphere (treatsphere.com) publishes reviews, comparisons, and articles about third-party telehealth brands and treatment categories. All content on the Site is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not, and should not be relied upon as, medical advice.
Madrank Digital Ltd, which operates Treatsphere, is an independent publisher. We are not a healthcare provider, medical practice, pharmacy, drug manufacturer, compounding facility, or telehealth platform.
2. Not Medical Advice; No Doctor–Patient Relationship
Nothing on the Site constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The content is not a substitute for the professional judgment of a licensed healthcare provider who knows your individual medical history.
Reading the Site, contacting us, signing up for our newsletter, or clicking a link to a telehealth brand does not create a doctor–patient, clinician–patient, or any other professional healthcare relationship with Treatsphere. We do not practice medicine, and we cannot and do not answer personal medical questions.
3. Always Consult a Licensed Healthcare Provider
Before starting, stopping, or changing any treatment, medication, supplement, diet, or exercise program, always consult a physician or other qualified licensed healthcare provider. Only a licensed clinician who can evaluate you individually can determine whether a particular treatment is appropriate, safe, and effective for you.
Never disregard professional medical advice, and never delay seeking it, because of something you have read on the Site. If you have a medical condition or concern, speak with a licensed healthcare provider.
4. Medical Emergencies
The Site is not for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, or think you may be, call 911 immediately or go to the nearest emergency room. Do not rely on the Site, and do not contact us, in an emergency. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 (the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) in the United States.
5. We Do Not Prescribe, Dispense, or Sell Medications
Treatsphere does not prescribe, recommend a specific prescription for any individual, dispense, compound, or sell any medication, drug, device, or treatment. We do not facilitate medical consultations. Any consultation, prescription, medication, or product you obtain comes solely from a third-party telehealth brand and its licensed providers and pharmacies, under that third party's own terms — not from Treatsphere.
6. GLP-1 Medications and Compounded Drugs — Important Notice
Some of the telehealth brands featured on the Site offer compounded medications, including compounded versions of GLP-1 and GLP-1/GIP medications such as semaglutide and tirzepatide. Please understand the following:
- Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved. Compounded medications are not reviewed or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for safety, effectiveness, or quality. The FDA does not verify that a compounded drug works as intended or that it is manufactured to the standards required for FDA-approved products.
- Compounded drugs are not equivalent to FDA-approved brand-name drugs. Treatsphere does not claim, and you should not assume, that any compounded medication is the "same as," interchangeable with, or therapeutically equivalent to an FDA-approved branded product. Compounded products can differ in formulation, dosing, ingredients, and quality.
- Brand names are trademarks used for identification only. Names such as Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Zepbound®, Mounjaro®, and similar marks are registered trademarks of their respective manufacturers. They are used on the Site solely to identify and describe FDA-approved products for comparison and editorial purposes. Their use does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement by those manufacturers, and it does not imply that any compounded product is the same as those branded products.
- Only a licensed clinician can assess suitability. Whether any medication — compounded or FDA-approved — is appropriate for you depends on your individual health, medical history, and risk factors. That determination must be made by a licensed healthcare provider, not by the Site.
We encourage you to discuss the differences between FDA-approved and compounded medications with a licensed clinician and pharmacist before making any decision.
7. No Guarantee of Results; Risks and Side Effects
Health outcomes vary from person to person. Individual results are not guaranteed, and any outcomes, experiences, or testimonials referenced on the Site are not promises or predictions of the results you will achieve.
All medications and medical treatments carry risks, including the possibility of side effects, adverse reactions, contraindications, and interactions with other medications or conditions. The Site does not, and cannot, provide a complete description of the risks, benefits, or appropriate use of any treatment. Only a licensed healthcare provider can evaluate the risks and benefits in your individual situation.
8. No Warranty of Accuracy or Completeness
While we work to keep our content accurate and current, medical knowledge, product offerings, pricing, and clinical practices change over time. We make no warranty that the content on the Site is accurate, complete, current, or applicable to your circumstances. We are not responsible for the practices, products, medications, or content of any third-party telehealth brand. Always verify information directly with a qualified clinician and with the relevant telehealth provider.
9. Your Acknowledgment
By using the Site, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and understood this Medical Disclaimer, that you will not rely on the Site as a substitute for professional medical care, and that Madrank Digital Ltd is not liable for any decision you make or action you take based on the content of the Site. This Medical Disclaimer is incorporated into our Terms of Service and should be read together with our other policies.
10. Questions
If you have questions about this Medical Disclaimer, contact us at office@madrank.com. Please note that we cannot respond to personal medical questions — those should be directed to a licensed healthcare provider.
